Smart Shipment Tracking Label

The Smart Shipment Tracking Label is a GDP-compliant cellular smart label providing real-time monitoring for pharmaceutical and healthcare shipments. The label tracks location via GPS, cellular, and WiFi triangulation, monitors temperature (-30°C to 60°C with ±0.5°C accuracy) and humidity (0% to 95% with ±2% RH accuracy), and detects shock, dwell/movement, package open/close events, light detection, and flight detection.

The integrated Sensirion sensor is calibrated for GDP compliance with 3-point calibration by an ISO 17025 certified lab. The label acts as a data logger in no-connection cases, storing up to 1,500 reports without GPS/GNSS enabled or 300 reports with GPS/GNSS actively used. The label is single-use and fully IATA/FAA-compliant, not classified as Dangerous Goods under transport regulatory frameworks. The device is certified for FCC, CE, RED, EMC, RoHS, REACH, PTCRB-ready, ATEX (on-demand), UN38.3, IEC 60086-4, CP 65, IP64, RTCA DO-160, and approved by tier-1 cargo airlines for flight-safe operations.
